  If you have not received your parcel we would first suggest using your provided tracking number to check the status of your parcel with the courier. • Which domestic courier do you use?

  Typically at TDI-Tuning we use Parcelforce for UK parcel deliveries on a 1-2 business days priority dispatch if ordered before 2pm. You will likely receive the product the next business day, however for harder to reach UK locations, expect up to 2 business days.Few readers

• What is included in my Tuning Box order?

  We supply you with a TDI-Tuning Box programmed for your vehicle, a harness/wiring loom with custom engine connectors, specific instructions, user manual QR code card and cable ties/fixings where necessary.Few readers

• Can I get a refund on postage fees if it is not delivered next day?

  Next day delivery is typical of 95% of orders we dispatch on a 1-2 business days priority service, however it is not guaranteed. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on postage if it is not received next day.Few readers

• Do I have to sign for the parcel?

  Yes. All our parcels will require a signature due to the value of the goods.Few readers

• Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
