I think my product is faulty. What should I do?

Contact us immediately by telephone, or email the technical team directly on technical@tdi-tuning.com and we will happily assist you. In the first instance we may ask you to follow some simple steps to help diagnose the problem or resolve it. If the problem can't be solved remotely, we will likely initiate a return for inspection if the product is under warranty.
